What we did
A fast static store. The shop is a static site on Cloudflare Pages, so pages load quickly, and it is designed mobile-first for players shopping on their phones.
Cart, checkout and live payments. Customers add paddles to a full cart and check out with Razorpay Curlec live payments by card or FPX. A coupon system lets the shop run discount codes.
Product pages that sell the paddle. Each paddle has a swipeable photo gallery with a full-screen lightbox, and the images change to match the shape or version the customer picks.
Pre-orders. The RPM Jade is sold on pre-order: customers pay in full and wait two to four weeks for delivery.
After the sale. Customers get an order confirmation email from orders@picklebola.com, can look up past orders on a "Find my orders" page, and can tap "Notify me" to get an email when an out-of-stock item is back.
An admin dashboard. Behind a login, the shop owner manages orders, products, prices and coupons without touching code.
SEO built into the shop. We made every page easy for Google to find and read:
- Pre-rendered, crawlable pages for all 11 products, plus the category, brand and info pages (about, FAQ, contact, ordering, shipping, returns and brands).
- A unique title, meta description and canonical URL on every page, with one H1 each.
- Product schema with live MYR prices and stock status, including pre-order, plus Organization, Breadcrumb and FAQPage schema.
- 301 redirects from old URLs and hash links, so no old link goes to a dead page.
- An XML sitemap listing all 30 public URLs, with the cart and checkout pages set to noindex.
